To the best, most patient backers in the world, I sincerely thank you. As of Monday, all books have been shipped!
I've already received some amazing feedback from the Arizona folks who have already received their books. I hope that there are waves of feedback from the West coast and then in a few more days the East coast. Sorry East coasters, you have to wait a few more days!
This has taken so much longer than I expected. It has cost more in time, money and sanity than I originally budgeted. But I sincerely hope that everybody who receives their copy feels that it was worth the wait.
I can't thank you enough, really and truly, for supporting me and patiently waiting as deadlines continued to whoosh by.
The next step is to court some publishers and see if there is any interest in a larger run and partnering with any distributors. If you have any feedback (good, bad, or both), drop me a line.

Thank you all, every one of you for your patience and support. The books are finally, after many many many rounds of review, revision, and retouching, in hand and ready to be packaged for delivery. Our shipping department (e.g. Martha and myself) will be prepping these for shipping and hope to get them all in the mail no later than Monday 2-25, giving us a week to package, prep and process. Please stay tuned as we'll be posting another update when the last book is in the post!

Thank you all for your patience and support. The book is now finished!
It sure took longer than we thought, but we think you're going to love the result.
I'm now in the process of sending our files to prepress for demo copies to three different printers, because I want to end up with the best print quality I can.
This next bit might take a few more weeks or months, but once we've decided on a printer, we'll be sending out a survey to confirm everybody's addresses!
Incidentally, we've heard from folks who missed out on the actual Kickstarter campaign but wanted to learn more about the book and preorder copies. In the interest of making sure that we satisfy all our Kickstarter backers first, we have not taken on any new preorders. The only way to get a 1st edition of this book will have been through Kickstarter... however... the plan is to hopefully keep selling these books down the road. As a result, we have pushed our website live! As an added bonus, there's some new content on the website for anybody willing to check it out!
